Did You Know? Foot problems are one of the greatest sources of infection among the homeless, who are almost constantly on their feet. They often wear ill fitting and inappropriate footwear and don't have the resources to wash their feet or cut their toe nails. Some homeless people wear their shoes even when sleeping for fear of having them stolen. Learn more about foot problems at the Walk-a-Thon!
